<p class="greenMedium">Organisations</p> <p>A coaching program will be designed and agreed based on your specific requirements. We will agree timescales and costs in advance.<br> Fees calculated will be billed in advance of commencement of coaching. The program fees are non refundable except by mutual agreement in exceptional circumstances.</p> <p>The services to be provided by Perspectives Coaching is coaching or tele-coaching. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counselling may address specific business and personal issues, life balance, business successes or general conditions in the client's life or profession.</p> <p>Executives being coached are responsible for providing 24 hours notice of cancellation of a coaching session if this is not given the full charge for that session will apply.</p> <p>Maintaining confidentiality is vital in a coaching relationship. All information will be kept between the coach and the client and will remain strictly confidential. Information given during coaching sessions will not be divulged to any third party.
