ERTD is a full day's program that incorporates a facilitated morning workshop with an interactive afternoon experience.

The purpose of the team day is to:

  • raise awareness of the current relationship that exists; addressing points of resistance and desires for change

  • create a shift in participants' perceptions of each other so that real change can occur

  • consciously create a new, more productive relationship

  • achieve the principal tangible outcome of creating a proactive working relationship that endures and continues to evolve

The program includes:
  • Briefing session: a one hour facilitated teleconference call to clarify the objectives and desired outcomes of the program

  • Proposal: Perspectives Coaching will prepare and present a tailored outline of the day's program

  • One on One Coaching session: specifically for the leaders of each team/company to gain clarity, support and goal alignment

  • Morning Workshop Session: a series of fun exercises designed to positively shift the energy of the relationship, encourage an environment of trust, create an opportunity to experience each other's perspective and provide a framework for how the relationship can continue to grow

  • Interactive Afternoon Session: fun challenges and energetic activities which will give participants a chance to practice the skills
    learned in the morning session in a real situation whilst under pressure. Activities may include abseiling, jet-boating,
    Amazing Race style challenges or city cruising on Harley Davidsons

  • Wrap Up: a facilitated summary by Perspectives Coaching to assess the day's progress and outcomes

  • Follow Up: a review of the day will be provided by Perspectives Coaching and sent to the leaders of each team

  • Feedback Forms: Perspectives Coaching will collate emailed feedback forms and provide a feedback summary

  • The core program is used as the framework to enable delivery of a tailored program that meets the needs of each individual client.
