Task:

To design a programme to manage and improve relationships with clients, both internal and external, and suppliers.

Solution:

Perspectives coaching partnered with CORPORATE Adrenalin to design a team day with the primary outcome of improving business relationships. "Teaming up with CORPORATE Adrenalin has made our programme more powerful, it not only adds the important element of fun and team bonding it also enables participants to lock in the learning and agreements from the morning's session which provides a greater return on the days investment."

Benefits:

Feedback from a recent workshop for a major global corporate and one of their suppliers showed that 90% of participants reported an improvement in trust between the organisations and there was a high level of improvement in appreciation of each other's roles and challenges. Participants also reported that having the opportunity to work together outside the office in a new, unfamiliar and challenging environment cemented the relationship.
