Pollyanna Lenkic - CPCC

Pollyanna is an experienced facilitator, certified coach and a certified Practitioner of NLP. She began her coaching career in London before returning to Melbourne in 2003. Pollyanna brings extensive business experience to her coaching practice. She trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London, one of the few organisations accredited by the International Coaching Federation. To obtain her coaching certification Pollyanna completed a rigorous and challenging program with CTI that surpasses the minimum requirements of the ICF for coaching competency and training. She has also completed the I.O.D. (Institute of Directors - London) Director Development program and the Co-Active Space (USA) Leadership program.

Prior to her career in coaching, Pollyanna co-founded a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy in London in 1990. In November 2000, Pollyanna sold her 50% share holding and resigned as a Director having taken the company from a sole-employee entity to staff of 18, with an annual turnover in excess of £11m ($AUS27 million).

Since establishing her coaching practice in 2002, Pollyanna has provided coaching, facilitation, delivered workshops and keynote talks in London, San Francisco, Melbourne and Sydney to numerous executives and blue chip companies including: Accenture (London); IBM Australia; Horwath; The Royal Women's Hospital (Melbourne); The Royal Children's Hospital (Melbourne); Homestyle Aged Care; Shannon's Way Marketing and Mortgage National.

In addition to her corporate work, Pollyanna is committed to community projects and networking groups that help people move forward both personally and professionally. She volunteers as a mentor in the Marketing Women's mentoring program in Melbourne and was involved in two mentoring projects in London - the Du Paul Trust, a UK based charity that works with people who are homeless and Women in Banking and Finance, a networking group for women working in the financial services industry. She is a member of the 2005 /2006 leadership team of the ICFV (International Coaching Federation Victorian Chapter).

Vivienne Barrett - CPCC B. Bus

Vivienne Barrett is a certified professional Co-active Coach, facilitator and founder of Inward Bound Interactive Solutions based in Canada, a practice dedicated to supporting people to make changes, move forward and realise their full potential. Vivienne has returned to Melbourne having worked in Canada for 7 years and Hong Kong for 2 years.

Vivienne has been certified through the Coaches Training Institute, one of the largest and most respected coaching organisations worldwide and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has provided coaching services to clients based in Australia, Canada and the USA.

Vivienne brings over 14 years of Australian and international business experience to her coaching, in which time she worked as a Chartered Accountant at a management level both in consulting and industry for firms such as Ernst & Young and The Boston Consulting Group.

Vivienne coaches professionals at the senior management level supporting them in achieving meaningful results in their work and personal lives. Her experience in the corporate world provides an understanding of both the challenges and rewards that the business environment offers. As a coach she teams up with her clients to move them towards value based goals and provides accountability and focus. In addition to one on one coaching, Vivienne presents lively and interactive workshops to companies on various topics including time management, work/life balance and achieving goals.

Sandi Bookatz – BA Social Work (Honours)

Starting her career as a social worker, Sandi gained invaluable counselling and facilitation experience as well as insight into people. She then translated these skills into the corporate world where she ran her own training and development consultancy for seven years dealing with companies in the Travel, IT, Banking, Health and Mining industries. Sandi has worked at all organisational levels in blue-chip companies such as General Electric (GE), American Express, Sensis, Anglo American Corporation and Dimension Data.

Sandi aims to influence organizational culture to create a supportive and inclusive climate. Her excellent communication skills and insight ensures an ability to grow your people to be the best they can be. As a facilitator Sandi is known for her intuition and dynamism creating a fun, exciting and meaningful learning environment.

Manuela Amgwerd

Manuela is a certified Coach and a certified Master Practitioner of NLP. Manuela has trained extensively with the International Teaching Seminars (ITS) in London, one of the most respected NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Coaching training schools in the UK and Europe and one of the few organisations accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Since establishing her coaching practice in 2004 Manuela has worked globally with organisations and individuals helping them to achieve their goals.

Manuela brings over 10 years of international business experience to her coaching, in which time she has worked across various organisational levels. She understands the pressures of juggling a career and a personal life, her experiences and background give her a deep insight and understanding of what her clients grapple with on a day to day basis. Manuela supports and encourages her clients to regain control over their lives so that they are able to live their lives in harmony, achieve greater balance and therefore achieve more of what they desire both personally and professionally.

Working in truly global teams over the years has enabled Manuela to deal with people from diverse cultures and circumstances. She has delivered workshops and coached throughout the UK and in Australia.

Prior to her career in coaching Manuela started her professional life in Switzerland as a claims handler for a Swiss Insurance Company. In 1997 she joined Solen Versicherungen AG (the captive of Shell International Ltd.) and in 2000 was transferred to London to join their Risk and Insurance Team.
