The pressures on women today are ever increasing in all areas of their lives from climbing the corporate ladder, to sustaining relationships, managing the home and looking after their health and well-being.

The Sense in the City workshops are for women who are tired of chasing the myth of ‘we can have it all’, choosing instead to strive for what they really want – if only they knew what it was!

Women are amazing. We have shown this through history. We are capable of having what we really want, if we really want it! First, we need to decide what that is. The Sense in the City workshops are designed to give:

  • clarification of your goals

  • effective tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals

  • strategies to help keep you focused

  • a sense of who you are, and how to stay aligned with your authentic self

  • an understanding of your values and how to use this knowledge to make better decisions

  • an understanding of what’s holding you back

  • clarification of what your own balance is

The Wheel of Life

An exercise to help you gain a fresh perspective on your current life situation.

Directions:
The eight sections in the Wheel of Life represent balance (download diagram below). Seeing the centre of the wheel as 0 and the outer edges as 10, rank your level of satisfaction with each area by placing a dot on the line that separates each segment. Then join the dots. The new perimeter represents the wheel of your life.
