Organisations

A coaching program will be designed and agreed based on your specific requirements. We will agree timescales and costs in advance.
Fees calculated will be billed in advance of commencement of coaching. The program fees are non refundable except by mutual agreement in exceptional circumstances.

The services to be provided by Perspectives Coaching is coaching or tele-coaching. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counselling may address specific business and personal issues, life balance, business successes or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

Executives being coached are responsible for providing 24 hours notice of cancellation of a coaching session if this is not given the full charge for that session will apply.

Maintaining confidentiality is vital in a coaching relationship. All information will be kept between the coach and the client and will remain strictly confidential. Information given during coaching sessions will not be divulged to any third party. Feedback on coaching will be given by executives to the appropriate person within their organisation.

Individuals

Depending on your specific needs a coaching program will be designed and agreed by both parties. We offer the following coaching packages:

• A powerful one off coaching session designed to focus on a specific issue. You will need to allocate 2 hours for this session
  
  
• Coaching packages of either one, three or six months

Once a coaching package has been agreed we will set up the first coaching session. During this session we will design our coaching relationship. Part of this design will involve discovering the necessary background information that will be useful in the coaching. We will use this session to clarify what your goals and expectations are.

24 hours notice of cancellation is required if this is not given the full charge for that session will apply.

Fees for coaching packages will be invoiced prior to the commencement of the months coaching. Payment is to be received by return.

Fees for one off coaching sessions will be invoiced prior to commencement of the coaching session.
